Brandon Wood and his family have been such a blessing from God for me and my family. When I told him that my granddaughter wanted to be baptized, he and his wife eagerly arranged several Bible studies with her through FaceTime so she could understand the meaning of baptism before the actual ceremony. Once they felt she was ready, he took it upon himself to baptize her during their visit to Ohio. While they were here, he also performed my baptism again. In addition to that, he, his wife, and his father came another time to pray over my alcoholic husband. They have always been available to support us in any way they can. They are very easy to talk to, nonjudgmental, and well-versed in the Bible. They have even prayed with me and my husband over the phone. I am incredibly grateful to have such a godly family in my life. Thank you, Wood family! You are a true blessing from God, and I pray for your journey as you continue to do God’s work.
I had the honor and beautiful pleasure of witnessing Emmett’s baptism on February 11, 2024. Brandon and his family made the long and tiresome journey to Pennsylvania to help ignite Emmett’s passion for Jesus. Matthew 28:19-20 reads, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” I truly believe Brandon and his family are conduits of the Lord in the most beautiful example & this verse came to light! We are all disciples of God and Brandon guided Emmett on his journey to becoming a disciple for the Lord as well. I’m grateful that I got to be apart of this experience as well. I’ve been on my own spiritual/ Christian journey for many years and it’s really welcoming and encouraging having friends like Brandon and Cait in my life now who share the same ideals and values in the religion. One thing I loved about Emmett’s baptism is that it really felt like he was answering a calling. Acts 22:16 “And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name.” EXACTLY! Why wait? The Lord is waiting with open arms for anyone who is willing to accept His love and know that He died for our sins. Answering a calling from the Lord is such an incredible feeling to all, I’m so excited that Emmett is already doing this from his young age. He is a good boy and I’m excited to watch him grow and see his relationship with God evolve throughout the years as well. Brandon and Cait are truly amazing people and empowering conduits of the Lord. Witnessing the baptism, having Brandon bless our home, participating in a communion together… every experience we had with Jesus by our sides was truly something I will always treasure. Thank you Brandon & Cait & the kids for your journey and support for Emmett and Devin and myself. Thank you for continuing to spread the Lords word and good deeds to the world.

I had prayed and prayed…and prayed…for certain things to change in my life and in my family’s
life. If Jesus was to have returned at that time, I believe we (my family and I) would NOT have
been ready.
My wife was perpetually sick and depressed. I was trying, by myself, to take care of three
children, run a business, and function as an Army Reservist. I highly desired to make an impact
for Jesus and His Kingdom,
But there was no power and no progress in any area of life. My kids were wasting their lives
watching YouTube or reading anime for five hours or more every day, and although I knew it
was hurting them, I felt helpless to stop it. We did NOT spend quality time together as a family;
sometimes it seemed like we really didn’t even really like each other very much.
I met Brandon through a mutual friend and neighbor whom Brandon had led to Christ. Brandon
was following up with him from Georgia (we live in North Carolina). To help his friend grow in
Christ, Brandon was hosting Bible studies almost daily, 6-7 days per week, over the phone. The
friend invited me to join, and gradually Brandon and I started calling each other weekly to
encourage one another.
A month later, Brandon told me that the Holy Spirit was telling him to come help me start my
ministry. “Ok,” I thought. There were so many obstacles that had been in the way. I didn’t know
how it was going to work (I couldn’t even get my own family on the same page!) Then, Brandon
and his family came for a visit. I was AMAZED to see the zeal, unity, and focus on Christ – of his
entire family. Over that weekend, Brandon’s family prayed for my wife, casting out a demonic
spirit that had been making her physically sick (dizzy, nauseous) for years. Later that evening,
Brandon led his whole family plus my family to walk down the street to cast out more demonic
spirits oppressing a beloved brother of ours. We were all amazed to see the power of the Lord
and the transformation that took place. I was equally amazed to see Brandon’s whole family
joining in. He assigned a role to each family member, whether to support in prayer, act as a
spiritual safety officer / watcher, or laying hands on the person receiving deliverance. I had
never seen a family as fully engaged together in ministry before. But from the 6-year-old to the
55-yr-old grandfather, everyone had a role, and everyone was working together wholeheartedly.
It was after this weekend that I began to really see how God could be answering my prayers.
Only a few weeks later, Brandon came to my home again to help me start my family’s ministry.
When I say, he “came to my home,” I mean he literally uprooted from his family and life at home
for three weeks, stayed in my guest room, and dedicated his existence to helping me and my
family.
As we began to minister together, whether talking to people about Jesus at the local Kava bar
(THAT was crazy), casting out a demon from the neighbor across the street, ministering to
homeless people downtown, or knocking down BIG principalities in big places (equally insane);
three things struck me. 1) Brandon is bold for Jesus. He will not hesitate to declare the truth of
God’s word in and out of season. 2) He is spiritually sensitive, authoritative, and powerful (not
just with people, but with actual spirits). 3) He genuinely loves people from every walk of life.
With care and compassion, he lovingly engaged and gave of himself to the rich and the poor,
the clean and the dirty, the coherent and the intoxicated, the lifted up and the lowly. And it wasn’t
just him; it was also his whole family, which is a testament to his character as a man of God.
And with all of this, when Brandon came to help me start my ministry, he didn’t come telling me
what to do, but he came asking the Holy Spirit, and asking me what the ministry was supposed
to look like. This showed both huge respect and honor to both God and to me, and it gave me a
tremendous amount of peace, because I didn’t have to worry about pleasing a man, I only had
to focus on pleasing God. Then, with force and fire, he prayed, planned, pushed, and rolled up
his sleeves with me and my family to actually do the work of the ministry. Then he helped us
operationalize our ministry, turning isolated events into real schedules and ways of life.
Today we have a consistent family ministry in our neighborhood, we are consistently clean and
clear of the physical and emotional oppression from demonic forces (things I had asked God for
years), and we are building our own non-profit organization with the mission of helping the
Kingdom of God come together as a united body in our home, neighborhood, and around the
world.
Thank you, Brandon, your family, and the Warriors of Zion ministry for your amazing love,
support, and sacrifice. And thank You, King Jesus, for hearing my prayers and using Brandon
and his ministry as a catalyst to help me, my wife, and my children to stand up together as a
united family, ministry, and as servants of God
It's been a long arduous journey to realize what I know now. That Jesus is the way and the light. I had always had half of that equation. Whether it was dimly lit or a beacon of hope for all around me. I expressed my love for the Holy Spirit by creating and expressing my imagination. But in some ways, I was a cup half full. As I knew and respected the story of Jesus, but had not fully embraced His Love. When I met Brandon and the Wood family, I was exploding with light. And had no idea how to contain it. I was close to a huge break, where I was going to choose light or go to darkness. And I understood that baptism would change everything for the better. I chose a place that was dear to me, and despite it being freezing. I cherished the moment and place very dearly. And thanks to Brandon. I could fully embrace the Holy Trinity, as I had always wanted and felt in my heart. In the weeks before the Baptism, I would say that I had more energy and was calling out to God. It felt as if my soul hurt and that it wanted the connection to Home, I call it. I started giving gifts of my collectibles to which I had cherished as a child, to close friends. But also people that would cherish them, as well. It felt like a release to not hold onto those things anymore. But also as I gave, I grew closer to God. I was lucky enough to go evangelize with Brandon and Fam, in tow. It was one of the most rewarding and heartwarming occasions I have ever been a part of. The way they take care with every individual they meet is both appreciated in fellow humans and warriors of Christ. And inspiring to those who care to invest the time into learning anyone's struggle. And showing we can defeat the demons together. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen
